Commuting to Toronto

Travelling by car typically requires 28 to 40 minutes but expect this time to increase during rush hour as the QEW/403 corridor is the main travel route between Oakville and Toronto.

Travelling from Oakville GO to Union station by transit includes an express train during rush hour skipping all stations past Clarkson saving about 10 minutes overall. The all-stops train visits key destinations such as Exhibition with a commuting time of around 42 minutes.

Travelling by car to the downtown commercial district typically requires 24 to 40 minutes which can fluctuate a little during rush hour. The QEW/403 corridor is the main travel route between Oakville and Hamilton.

Travelling from Oakville GO to Hamilton GO station requires about 42 minutes. Keep in mind that not all trains travel to Hamilton during off-peak hours and you may need to connect with a GO bus.

Less of a neighbourhood and more of a lifestyle. Queen Elizabeth allows for quick and easy access to the shopping, recreational facilities, amenities, and entertainment found anywhere in Oakville.

The established condominiums on Old Mill Road, adjacent to the Oakville GO, have been joined by newer high rise buildings on the corner of Kerr and Speers Road, with plans for further development in this area.
